                             TEAMS ACCEPTED:
Open to 40 teams - 24 boys and 16 girls teams per tournament. The first 40 teams that turn in applications with payment lock in their spot. Maximum team size 12. To guarantee a spot, the application must be received no later than May 28, 2012.
